The practice was established on 01.01.1970 by Mr Rechtsanwalt Dr. Dieter Eikelau was founded. From the outset, our focus was on the legal advice of medium-sized businesses and industry. This includes comprehensive legal advice in all aspects of corporate, labor and competition law.
The representation of domestic and foreign trademark owners represents a significant focus of the practice. In this context, major international conglomerates, especially in the USA, are represented in the Federal Republic of Germany.
We also specialize in advising on matters of selective distribution systems including anti-trust design. For example, the firm advises a number of renowned German clients, especially in the cosmetics industry.
Due to the constant perception of the interests of foreign companies, the mastery of the English language is a matter of course.
The practice is located in a prestigious location in the Poststrasse, in the heart of Düsseldorf, in the home of the French consulate, and has five other lawyers and three lawyers.
